How to Get Maximum Benefit from Breast Enlargement Herbs

Using herbs and foods for breast enlargement is really nothing new. The breast enhancing effects of herbs such as fenugreek and saw palmetto have been used in folk medicine for centuries. However, if you don't use herbs the right way, your body won't be able to absorb the active ingredients. That means you'll only see a fraction of the results you could be getting.

Here's how to get maximum benefit from breast enlargement herbs:

1) Take your herbs every eight hours or so.

Your breasts grow best when there is a steady stream of herbs in your system, so allow eight hours between doses. Take your first dose first thing in the morning, the second dose eight hours later in the middle of the day, and the final dose right before bed.

2) Take your herbs on an empty stomach.

Herbs are absorbed best on an empty stomach. For the best results, take your herbs either half an hour before or one hour after meals. However, if you find the herbs upset your stomach, it is better to take them with food.

3) Avoid taking herbs with caffeine or carbonated beverages.

Caffeine and carbonated beverages can interfere with herb absorption. Allow at least an hour in between taking your herbs and drinking coffee or a Coke.

There's no point in taking breast enlargement herbs and not getting the maximum benefit from them. Following these guidelines will ensure that the herbs you take will have the breast enhancing effects you're looking for.
