Natural Breast Enlargement and Hormones: How They Work

Hormones are chemical substances in animals and humans. They are frequently referred to as “chemical messengers” because they carry information and instructions from one group of cells to another. In the human body, hormones influence almost every cell, tissue, and organ. Breast development usually depends on a combination of hormones and the way they interact together in your body. These are the most important breast enlargement hormones and how they work.

1) Estrogen

Estrogen is the hormone most responsible for breast development, but you can get too much of it. Excess estrogen causes the breasts' estrogen receptors to shut down, meaning they won't get the message to grow. The best way to balance estrogen levels is by the use of phytoestrogenic herbs, such as fenugreek or wild yam. Both of these herbs raise estrogen levels if they are too low, and lower them if they are too high. (See my article Natural Breast Enlargement with Fenugreek.)

2) Progesterone

Progesterone is an important breast enlarging hormone that is naturally produces progesterone each month during the menstrual cycle. However, it can also be increased by the use of progesterone cream derived from soy or wild yam.

3) Prolactin

Prolactin is a breast enlarging hormone produced during puberty and pregnancy. Prolactin helps develop the mammary glands and increases fat stores in the breasts. Prolactin can be increased by herbs, such as fenugreek, or by breast massage. (See my article Increase a Cup Size in 30 Days with Breast Massage.)

4) Growth hormone

Growth hormone stimulates the growth of the entire body, including the breasts. Growth hormone reaches its peak during puberty and begins to decline after the age of 25, so it's important to boost it in order to aid breast growth. Growth hormone can be raised by performing an intense workout, such as sprinting or heavy weight lifting, several times per week. Getting sufficient sleep is also important

With so much involved in breast development, it's easy to understand why many women do not reach their full potential. Although hormones are essential to natural breast enlargement, simply raising the level of one or two of them will not yield the best results. It takes a comprehensive approach to reach your goals, especially if you want to increase more than a cup size or are an older woman.
