3 Tips to Avoid Bloating with Natural Breast Enlargement

One of the biggest concerns women have with natural breast enlargement is that they'll gain weight when using breast enlargement herbs. Although these herbs are not associated with weight gain, they CAN cause temporary bloating. The good news is that there are steps you can take to counteract this effect so you can enjoy bigger breasts AND a sleek, sexy body. Here are three tips to avoid bloating when taking natural breast enlargement herbs:

1) Drink more water.

Bloating is primarily caused by dehydration, so the easiest solution is to drink enough water. This is common sense advice, but most people STILL don't drink the recommended eight glasses of water each day.

2) Increase your protein intake.

Protein also has diuretic properties, so be sure to eat plenty of it each day. Excess carbs, on the other hand, tend to promote bloating. Eat plenty of meat, fish, poultry, and eggs and cut back or avoid bread, pasta, potatoes, sweets, and other high carbohydrate foods.

3) Drink parsley tea.

Parsley is an effective diuretic that's great for beating water retention. Look for parsley tea bags at your local health food store or make your own brew out of dried or fresh parsley sprigs.

Don't let your fear of bloating keep you from achieving your dream of having big, beautiful breasts. Remember that the bloating is a temporary side effect, which will go away once you reduce or stop your intake of natural breast enlargement herbs. Also, if you follow the three tips above, you may never experience bloating at all!

Hi Caitlin, I have been experiencing the bloating since I have been using natural breast enhancing herbs. But I don't want to stop using them, because along with the twice daily massages that you recommended over the past two months I have gained two inches in my bust size!! Thank you for the great blog. I'll start using these suggestions. Fingers crossed!
