Natural Breast Enlargement: How to Make Fenugreek Massage Oil

Breast massage can help your breasts grow all by itself, but adding herbs to your breast enlargement program may lead to faster and better results. Fenugreek is an inexpensive spice that happens to be one of the best breast enlargement herbs you can find. Fenugreek triggers breast growth in two ways: by mimicking the effects of estrogen and by stimulating the production of prolactin. Both of these hormones are crucial to the development of the breasts. Fenugreek safely and naturally stimulates tissue growth resulting in bigger, firmer, and fuller breasts.

You don't have to just swallow your febugreek though. You can make a fenugreek oil that you can massage into your breasts for even better absorption. That way you can get the benefits of breast massage and fenugreek at the same time! This also helps target the herb to where it's needed most.

To make fenugreek massage oil, you will need:
  • 1 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Fenugreek seeds
  • Large sealable Mason jar
  • Saucepan
  • Bowl
  • Cheesecloth
  • Dark glass bottle
    Procedure

    1) Pour the oil into the large Mason jar. Measure out 1/2 cup of fenugreek seeds.

    2) Place the lid on the Mason jar and close it tightly..

    3) Set the Mason jar in the middle of the saucepan. Fill the saucepan with water until it is full almost to the brim and set it on one of the burners on the stove.

    4) Turn the burner to low-medium heat. Bring the jar to a warm temperature, where it is almost hot, but can still be held in your hand without burning it.

    5) Maintain the jar at the low-medium temperature for ten minutes. Take the jar out and place it on a towel-lined surface.

    6) Allow the jar to sit for 24 hours. Repeat steps 3, 4 and 5. Let the jar sit for another 24 hours.

    7) Place the cheesecloth over a bowl and pour the oil in to it. Remove the cheesecloth and rinse out the fenugreek seeds or discard it.

    8) Pour the oil back in to the large Mason jar. Add another 1/2 cup of fenugreek seeds.

    9) Repeat the 48-hour process of heating the jar twice and then discard the fenugreek seeds.

    10) Pour the oil into the dark glass bottle. Secure the lid firmly on top and store in a cool, dry, dark area for six to twelve months.

For breast massage, doing the 48-hour process twice usually produces a strong enough concentration of herb in the oil, but you can do it as many times as you wish. You can also use other oils, such as almond oil, if you prefer. The same process also works for other breast enlargement herbs, so you can switch herbs if you reach a plateau with fenugreek.

If you have ever felt self-conscious about the size of your breasts, you are not alone. My book Natural Breast Enlargement: The Ultimate Guide to Bigger, Firmer Breasts reveals how you can increase your breast size completely naturally and without expensive, painful surgery. can i use refined or any other olive oil for massage

    Caitlin MacKenna said...

The oil is primarily to make the massage easier, so any kind will do.

Im just wondering, can I also put fennel seeds in there too? Together? Would it be beneficial or bad? I have no breasts whatsoever. I cant wait! Is one oil better to use than other? I.e. would almond oil, avocado oil or flaxseed oil help make a difference? Thanks!

I have very noticeable breast asymmetry and was wondering if fenugreek might be a solution. I wanted to try taking the fenugreek capsules because their easy to get at the grocery store, but I was wondering if you fenugreek would only even out breasts if applied topically to the smaller breast. Have you ever heard of fenugreek helping with asymmetry when taken orally? I'm assuming that it would just make both breasts grow bigger but that one would still be larger than the other. I was also wondering if fenugreek extract liquid added to lotion would work. Thanks.

    Caitlin MacKenna said...

That might work. I have also recommended massaging only the smaller breast.

Can I use sesame oil instead of fenugreek oil or olive oil? N if I use grinded fenugreek seeds n then boil it in sesame oil, will it give enough concentration??

    Caitlin MacKenna said...

You can add fenugreek to sesame oil if you want.

    Hi

If I use already made fenugreek oil, how much do I add to the olive oil?

    Thanks!

    Caitlin MacKenna said...

If it's made from this recipe, use as is. If you used some other recipe, I have no idea.

    Anonymous said...

if i stop massaging does the size decrease

    Caitlin MacKenna said...

If you stop right after reaching your goal, it will. You need to continue your program for several months afterward to make the changes permanent.

So this is only if you have the time but if I use powdered fenugreek seed (because they come in capsules) will the procedure to make the fenugreek oil be the same? And if not could you please explain to me how you would make it then?
Also would I only be able to use the oil until the storing process in a cool dry area is complete or is that just how long it can be stored for?
Thanks a bunch, love your blog!

    Caitlin MacKenna said...

You can use fenugreek powder. You can use the oil right away, but use it up within 6-12 months.

    Caitlin MacKenna said...

    Hello,

Does this mean that after the last step, I need to store it for six months to 12 months before using it?

    I cannot use it immediately?

    Sarah

    Caitlin MacKenna said...

No, it means that it will keep for six to twelve months.

hello, would using almond oil alone work to raise the breast and add volume?or which oil would you prescribe for breast lifting and firming alone? i am an E cup already. just need to firm up a bit. thanks

    Caitlin MacKenna said...

The oils are more carriers and lubricants. The herbs and massage are what enlarge the breasts.

Hi, I am a male and really want to grow breasts . So I have a few questions. Does Fenugreek really work for Male Breast Enhancement? Is it truey safe for a male to consume? What is the best form (powder, pills, cream, oils) to take to achieve Male Breast Enhancement? Can it be used in conjunction with creams or other possible forms of Breast Enhancement? What is your recommended dosage for Male Breast Enhancement? Are there any Negative Side Effects to taking Fenugreek in Males?

    Caitlin MacKenna said...

I have no idea whether natural breast enlargement works for males.

Yes, you can take fenugreek with water. That's what fenugreek tea is.

    Caitlin MacKenna said...

It's possible, but taking herbs would also be a good idea since you're older. A link to my article "Natural Breast Enlargement for Older Women" can be found on my articles page.

Thank you ms Caitlin! 😊 By the way I have fenugreek powder here, how can I use it as a capsule?

    Caitlin MacKenna said...

Capsules are usually about one half of a teaspoon.

    Anonymous said...

Hi...i was wondering if it's possible to put the fenugreek seed and almond oil in the saucepan and cook it with very low heat for 15 minutes, then drain the oil and let it cool before placing it in a dark bottle? I saw similar remedies on YouTube, but the making procedure is different from yours. Just wondering if it's okay to do heat the seeds and oil directly in a saucepan?

    Caitlin MacKenna said...

I don't know if a different method would work.

    Anonymous said...

does the oil supposed to have this spicy aroma to it, since the seeds are heated?
i don't think I can stand the smell though

    Yes.
