Yoga for Natural Breast Enhancement
The breast is made up of glandular tissue and fat. Exercises that enhance the breasts strengthen and tone the muscles that support the breasts. Tree Pose helps to stretch and tone the chest muscles. Stand with your feet slightly apart and arms by your side. Then bend the right knee and place the heel against the left inner thigh. Once you gain balance, join your palms at the chest and slowly raise them up above your head. Hold for 10-15 seconds and release. Repeat with the left leg.
One of the most beneficial yoga poses for breast enhancement is Stabdhasana, a neck and shoulder exercise which also tones the chest muscle. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Bring your arms up to shoulder level, with elbows bent out to the side. Rotate the lower arm, wrist, and hands so that palms are facing away from the body. Spread your fingers and visualize pressing against a wall in front of you, with your gaze centered on the space between your hands. Hold for 15 seconds, concentrating on the contraction of the chest muscles. Repeat three to five times.
Cow Face Pose
The Cow Face pose strengthens the muscles around your breasts. Sit on the floor with your legs fully extended. Bend your left knee, bringing your left heel toward your right hip. Bend your right knee. Use your hands to pull your right leg up and over your left thigh. Align your knees so that they almost stack on top of each other. Your feet should be pointing away and in opposite directions. Bend your left arm, bringing it over your shoulder and behind your back. Bend your right arm and draw it under your shoulder and behind your back. Curl your fingers and hook your left and right hands together. Keep your back straight, head up and gaze forward. Hold the pose for 30 seconds. Reverse the position of your arms and legs and repeat the pose.
Half Spinal Twist
Half Spinal Twist is another yoga pose which is beneficial for enhancing the breasts. Sit with your legs extended in front of you. Fold your right leg and slide it beneath the left leg so that the right ankle is touching the left thigh. Place the hands on the ground and twist your body towards the right. Then place the left hand on the right foot, turn your face towards the right so that it aligns with the right shoulder. Repeat for the other side.
Camel pose is another good pose for improving appearance of the breasts. Sit on your knees and hold your left heel with the left hand and your right heel with your right hand. Push your body forward, tilt your head back and stretch backwards as much as possible. Support your weight on your legs and hands. Hold for 15 seconds and release.
Cobra pose should be practiced regularly to strengthen the chest muscles. Lie down on your stomach with legs straight, place palms slightly wider than the shoulders. Slowly elevate your head, neck, and upper back off the ground as high as you can, using the lower back muscles. Arms are for support only. Hold for 15 seconds, and then lower slowly.
Perform this yoga routine daily if you can, or at least every other day. Only go as far into each position as you can without strain or pain. As long as you're doing your best, you're getting benefits from the pose. Regular practice will improve your strength and flexibility - and also the appearance of the breasts.
