Is fat free milk okay? Or does it have to be whole milk?

If you're having to count calories, skim milk is OK.

Hello mam , i have done everything for my breast , massage, soybean, flax seeds, excercise, push ups ....... Still i m not having 1 inch increase ..... If i take fat containg diet for filling my breast then it goes to my lower belly , i m despirate for increasing my breast size , i m trying since 4 years but i m not getting any result. Earlier there was no sensation on my nipple area , now it has increased but slight , plz help me

Nothing works for everybody. It sounds as if you've been trying hard, but some of the things you mention, such as soybeans and flax seeds, are not especially effective. Read through the articles on this blog to see if there are any methods that you haven't tried.
