How to Make Your Own Breast Enlargement Cream

Many women who want to increase their breast size are attracted to breast enlargement creams, which seem to be an easy way to grow the breasts. The problem with commercial breast creams, though, is that they tend to be expensive, but even worse, you don't really know how much of the effective ingredients are in them. Unless you are a total klutz in the kitchen, a better alternative is to make your own. That way you know exactly how much of each ingredient is used.

To make this breast enlargement cream, you will need:

3 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds
1/2 teaspoon of anise
1/2 teaspoon of caraway
1/2 teaspoon of fennel
1/2 teaspoon of licorice
2 tablespoons of body lotion

The main ingredient fenugreek has been known to have hormone-producing properties for decades, but has recently been discovered to help stimulate breast growth. Fennel contains three compounds which are known to help to encourage estrogen production. Anise, caraway, and licoricee also help to slightly increase hormone levels. The body lotion acts as the base and helps to spread the herbs around evenly.

Start by adding two cups of water to a medium-sized pot. Put the pot on medium heat until the water starts to simmer. Place each of the herbs into the water one at a time while constantly stirring. Continue stirring for about two minutes more and then leave the liquid to simmer for another five minutes

Once the five minutes is up, strain the liquid from the leftover sediment into a small container and place to the side. Take a small bowl, pour in your body lotion, and stir in one tablespoon of your liquid you just made. Stir until evenly combined. Pour the rest of your liquid into a clean glass jar and store at room temperature

For optimal results, use this cream every day after you shower when your pores are already open and able to absorb the herbs better. Apply the cream to your breasts and rub in a circular motion until fully absorbed.

If you have ever felt self-conscious about the size of your breasts, you are not alone. My book Natural Breast Enlargement: The Ultimate Guide to Bigger, Firmer Breasts reveals how you can increase your breast size completely naturally and without expensive, painful surgery. Licorice is a breast enlargement herb. If you can't get it, you can't get it.

Caitlin MacKenna said...

How would I know where things can be bought in the Philippines? If you can't find them locally, you can find them online.

Hi

I just want to say of all the blogs, articles, newspost etc.., yours is the best. Its clear , not to much of " generic knowledge on herbs" but "showing the way to NBE". Carry on good work........... . I belong to Indian Subcontinent, where fenugreek and fennel seeds are part of everyday cooking, but didnt knew their benefit. We dont use it in large quantity but yes it available in our kitchen at any given time. Thank You..Strangely I dont see any Indian name here, probably like me (and most of women in our area) they shy talking about Breast in public forum. But ya fenugreek is called "methi" and fennel "saunf" in our region.
and sweetened fennel is sold as candy at practically every shop.

Thanks for the feedback. Very interesting information about fenugreek and fennel.

Hi, do you have any recommended brands for fenugreek extract/oil?

Caitlin MacKenna said...

I forgot to put a link for a fenugreek source. It's there now in the ingredient list.

I have much fenugreek but in powder form. How much fenugreek powder should I add to make this cream?

Caitlin MacKenna said...

I didn't mention fenugreek powder for this because it won't work.

Once I get my results, do I have to do it every now and then or I can finally stop using it?

Caitlin MacKenna said...

You should continue your program for several months after reaching your goal although you can cut back the amount.

Is every thing else in powder form? You only mention seeds for fenugreek

Caitlin MacKenna said...

Most capsules contain herbs in powder form.

Will this work for a man?

Caitlin MacKenna said...

I have no idea whether natural breast enlargement works for men.

hi i want to know that these herbs result will temporary or permanent.what time should required for permanent result???

Caitlin MacKenna said...

It isn't the herbs. It's how long you take them after reaching your goal that results in permanent gains.

For the licorice, would licorice root be what I would be looking for?

Caitlin MacKenna said...

Yes.

Hi, may I know why we should not try fenugreek until we're 18? Does it stop growth?
Thank you

Who knows how adding hormonal-boosting herbs will affect normal development? Also, the systems of children and adolescents are much more sensitive than adults'. For example, it's well known children and adolescents become alcoholics and drug addicts much faster than adults do. In the same way, children and adolescents are more likely to experience side effects from taking herbs than adults.

May you please post the pictures of all ingredients. Because there is more than one result of anise and caraway.
Please help

Caitlin MacKenna said...

The written label on the bottle or bag tell you which herb is which, not pictures.

Does it have to be mixed with lotion or can you just use the concoction itself because a couple of the ingredients are oils.

Caitlin MacKenna said...

As the article says, except for the lotion, the ingredients are herbs, not oils. Even if they were essential oils, you generally don't want to put those directly on the skin without dilution.
