Natural Breast Enhancement: The Pros and Cons

Natural breast enhancement is an effective alternative to expensive and potentially dangerous breast augmentation surgery. Natural breast enhancement can help you increase the size of your breasts and also improve their appearance. There are a lot of different natural breast enhancement methods for you to try. What is apparent is that results will vary from woman to woman. One method may work really well for you but not for someone else. You may have to try a few different methods to get the results you truly desire.

Natural breast enhancement herbs are the most widely used method. The ingredients in these herbs are known to help increase the size of your breasts. Herbs high in estrogen can aid the development of a woman's breasts. Herbs are also incredibly cheap when compared to surgery. On the whole, there are very few risks of side effects when using herbs.

For optimal results, you may also wish to perform exercises that are known to improve the appearance of the breasts. There are exercises that work the muscles behind the breasts, which in turn will push your breasts up and out. Although this may not actually make your breasts bigger, it will make them appear bigger and more perky.

Perseverance is important when using natural breast enhancement methods. Keep experimenting until you find the methods that work for you. Also, be sure to give it time as your breasts will not suddenly grow bigger overnight.

Hi Caitlin :)
I have read most of your blogs and they are very detailed and interesting to read.

I have started massaging my breasts in the hope that they will grow.

I am 23 years old and an AA cup. I would like to go up to a B(even if it is a small B) cup. I am only massaging my breasts once a day with "fennel oil" (I basically heat up some cod liver oil and put fennel seeds in it until they turn red, I then strain the mixture and use it). I massage everyday before going to bed for 30 mins(not continuously, I do few mins long breaks when my hands get really tired.)

You mentioned in your blogs about massaging twice, so will my massaging only once take longer to give results or not work at all. What other things can I do to get the maximum growth possible. Like drinking fennel tea...I don't know about any other recipes. I am also asking because I don't have the knowledge of what herbs work together and which ones don't.

I am thinking of trying all these methods for the next five to six months. And if I see results then I would be happy to continue for the next year of two.

Also, you mentioned in one of your comments to not sleep on your stomach. I am a heavy sleeper and can't really do anything about that. So I can't control how I am sleeping.
How much does sleeping on my stomach affect the growth and can I do something reverse the "damage" sleeping like this?

More frequent stimulation is a bit better the the same stimulation in one session. Hands don't get as tired either. Sleeping position is not a big factor, but every little bit helps.
