4 Hormones Essential to Natural Breast Enlargement

As you probably know, breast growth is triggered by a precise blend of hormones. Everybody associates estrogen with breast growth, but the fact is, there are four hormones involved in natural breast enlargement:

1) Estrogen

Estrogen is the hormone most responsible for breast growth, but you can get too much of a good thing. Excess estrogen causes estrogen receptors in the breasts to shut down, which means they won't get the message to grow. The safest way to balance estrogen levels is through the use of phytoestrogenic herbs, such as fenugreek or wild yam. These herbs increase estrogen levels if they are too low, and decrease them if they are too high. (See my post Natural Breast Enlargement with Fenugreek.)

2)  Progesterone

Progesterone is another important breast enlarging hormone. Your body naturally produces progesterone each month as part of the menstrual cycle, but it can also be increased through the use of natural progesterone cream, which is derived from soy or wild yam.

3) Prolactin

Prolactin is a breast enlarging hormone produced by females during puberty and pregnancy. Prolactin helps develop the mammary glands and increases fat stores in the breasts. Prolactin can be stimulated through herbs (such as fenugreek) or by massaging the breasts. (See my post Increase a Cup Size in 30 Days with Breast Massage.)

4) Growth hormone

Growth hormone triggers the growth of the entire body, including the breasts. Growth hormone peaks during puberty and declines after the age of 25, so it's important to boost it back up to aid breast growth. Growth hormone can be increased by sleeping at least eight hours each night and by getting an intense workout several times per week.

All four hormones are essential to natural breast enlargement. If your breasts aren't growing as fast as you'd like, then make sure you're not missing one of these essential hormones.

If you have ever felt self-conscious about the size of your breasts, you are not alone. My book Natural Breast Enlargement: The Ultimate Guide to Bigger, Firmer Breasts reveals how you can increase your breast size completely naturally and without expensive, painful surgery. I was wondering about Estrogen levels. I took a couple of quizzes online to see if I had didn't get enough. One said I didn't get enough, another said I had too much. So I dunno what to go by. Is there a test a doctor can to do see what is true. I see that it says Fenugreek will work with it no matter what, but I'd really like to see what caused my breast growth to stop cause I come from a family that typically has large breasts, I seem to be the only one who doesn't so I assumed it was due to stressful and awkward teenage years and maybe not enough estrogen

Online quizzes are not a reliable way to diagnose health problems as you have found. A doctor would have to evaluate estrogen levels.
